Emavia stores user data locally on the device.

We are not responsible for data loss caused by:

Device malfunction
App deletion
Operating system updates

6. Paid Features

Emavia may offer optional paid features or subscriptions.

Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store
Subscription terms and cancellations are managed through Apple
We do not handle payments directly

All content, design, and code within Emavia are the property of the app creator, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app without permission.

8. Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to:
